Guide to Prevent E.Coli Bacteria Contamination

The best way to prevent EHEC and Uraemic Haemolytic Syndrome (HUS) is clean and healthy living behavior. Here's a guidelines so you can avoid the contamination of E. coli in foods: 

1. Washing hands before and after handling or food processing. In our own hands are millions of bacteria every inch of him, so although the food is free of bacteria but the hands are still dirty, it still could be infected with E.coli bacteria. 
2. Washing hands after using the toilet. 
3. Wash and clean cooking utensils and food supplies before and after use. 
4. Keeping the kitchen area/place to process the food from insects and animals. 
5. Do not put cooked food on the same container with raw food to prevent cross-contamination.
