Cycling and Bone Strength

Cycling proven to strengthen the cardiovascular system. However, it was kind of sport is not the best for strengthening bones.

Pam Hinton, researchers from the University of Missouri, USA, tested the strength of the bones of 27 athletes racing bikes and 16 runners aged 20 to 59 years who have done these sports activities for six hours per week for two years.
