Shiatsu is a type of massage that can be your choice to relax the body. Shiatsu, also known as acupressure, a massage at pressure points (acupressure points) by using the fingers. Shiatsu is designed to regulate the flow of energy in the body. During a shiatsu massage, thumb, other fingers, palms or feet are used for massaging. This type of massage helps to calm, increase energy, and balance the body.

Shiatsu massage is not new. This type of massage come from China and developed around the year 530 BC.
