Artificial Sweeteners Increase Weight

A study surprisingly found that the artificial sweetener as a sugar substitute that is popular among today's society, it gives the effect of an unexpected and unwanted. 

Research has been conducted on mice, and researchers report that saccharin alter the ability of rats to control their appetite. "We found that mice who received yogurt with artificial sweetener gained weight and eat more food," said study author Susan Swithers. 

The process, he said, including the body's ability to detect that the stomach will soon be full. "We often will stop eating before we are able to absorb all the calories derived from food. One of the reasons why we stop eating is an experience we are always thinking, 'After I eat this food, I'll feel full for so long," he explained.
