PREMENSTRUATION for women are the things that are less fun. Premenstruation syndrome (PMS) such as abdominal cramps before menstruation is a common thing to happen. Various means were adopted to cure it. A study based in Australia have recently shown that herbal medicines are typical of China more effective in reducing premenstrual cramps rather than chemical drugs, acupuncture, or compress.
These materials are used as herbal medicine to treat stomach cramps that usually roots, such as Szechuan root, liquorice root and cinnamon bark. From the results of these studies, as many as 53% of 36 women in the meticulously reported the pain was reduced after taking herbs.
