Chewing Slowly Can Lose Weight

IN a British, study said that chewing food slowly can lose weight. Allegedly in the study, when chewing slowly there can secrete hormones signal satiety. Although it took about an hour for the body to actually feel full and adequate food intake. 

Chewing your food slowly until smooth, will be more easily digested stomach. So feeling full sooner will arise more quickly. However, it is better to choose foods with a low amount of calories.
